A condition in which the tiller must be held toward the windward side of a sailing vessel in order to maintain course. A slight amount (3 to 7 degrees) is desirable. (See LEE HELM)

What a weekend for the opening of the Lake Arrowhead Yacht Club Commodore Series! We had cold, foggy weather on Saturday. Three C-Scows braved the weather: Jim Hamilton, Kurt Zimmerman and J.P. Peschelt at the helm. Sunday we had better weather with eight boats on the lake.
