Body found off Shippan Point

STAMFORD -- A passing boater discovered a body floating off Shippan Point on Saturday morning, police said. Police did not confirm the identity of the body, but Lt. Sean Cooney said it is likely that of avid sailor and city resident David McKinley, who has been missing since June 27.
